Designed a generic solution to quantify the Quality of Experience of any web traffic only using network-level parameters.

Built an automated data collection framework using docker-machine and vagrant. Extracted insights to cluster web traffic into 3 distinct categories.

Designed a novel light-weight algorithm to address data extraction overhead from a network device, for extracting time lost due to packet drops for each TCP flow. The method reduced the throughput impact of the device from 40% to 2%.
